For all users

• Only people with the event link can view or join an event.

• Guests can create and join events without an account, but they can only view their events from the same browser and device. Access may be lost if browser data is cleared.

• Creating an account allows you to access your events across different browsers and devices.

• Past events remain visible for up to 4 weeks.

For organizers

• Only the organizer can see who marked themselves as not going.

• Events can be created up to 4 weeks in advance.

• Users will see a link to search for your event venue on Google Maps.
